Al Thomas graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Al is a retired Army Special Forces LTC with 20 years of Active Duty service. He has combat experience, contingency, and has supported other deployments globally. Al has experience training foreign forces and conventional US security forces and experience as a leader in defense intelligence at the Under-Secretariat level in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Al grew TSI from its first employee to a company responsible for over $20M in government contracts in about 5 years and provides proven leadership in supporting strategic requirements for senior leaders in defense
A results-driven United States Marine Corps (USMC) Veteran and experienced Business Operations Officer with a proven history working in the Program Management Office (PMO). Antoine is a highly capable executive with over 10 years of experience supporting business operations and C-suite executives. He is directly responsible for all TSI operations and oversees the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, certifications, and all corporate support functions. He is skilled in leadership, Project Management, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Financial Management Officer
Chris Gray is a former United States Army Officer with over 20 years of experience in Finance/Business Operations. After serving 3.5 years on Active Duty at Defense Finance & Accounting Service (DFAS) Headquarters, he spent 18+ years with Booz Allen Hamilton specializing in Program Financial & Risk Management of government/commercial contracts, and strategic investment budgets. At TSI, Chris is responsible for Financial Management Operations, and assisting with Capture & Proposals. Chris has a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University where he was also a graduate of the R.O.T.C program, and a master’s degree in Administrative Management from Bowie State University.
Crystal Spencer leads the Human Capital initiatives for TSI. Her role involves the development and implementation of strategic human resources policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance, employee relations, recruiting & talent acquisition, retention and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws for employees.
Additionally, Ms. Spencer is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
