Al Thomas
President & Founder
Al Thomas graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Al is a retired Army Special Forces LTC with 20 years of Active Duty service. He has combat and contingency experience, and has supported other deployments globally. Al has experience training foreign forces and conventional US security forces and experience as a leader in defense intelligence at the Under-Secretariat level in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Al grew TSI from its first employee to a company responsible for over $20M in government contracts in about 5 years and provides proven leadership in supporting strategic requirements for senior leaders in defense.
A results-driven George Mason University graduate and experienced Business Operations Officer with a proven history working in the Program Management Office (PMO). Mora is a highly capable executive with nearly 10 years of experience supporting business operations and C-suite executives. She is directly responsible for all TSI operations and oversees the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, certifications, and all corporate support functions. She is skilled in leadership, Project Management, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Crystal Spencer
Vice President, Human Resources
Crystal Spencer, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), leads the Human Capital initiatives for TSI. Her role involves the development and implementation of strategic human resources policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance, employee relations, recruiting & talent acquisition, retention and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws for employees.
Additionally, Ms. Spencer is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Baltimore.

Celine Darkwah graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Health Science. She began her journey at TSI as an intern and, through her hard work and dedication, earned a position as a Proposal Writer and has already proven to be essential in winning nearly $10M in government contracts. In her role, Celine collaborates closely with the Capture Manager and Proposal Manager to develop successful proposals. She consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to learning and growth, driven by a passion for expanding TSI’s reach and success.

Holy Rambolajaona graduated from the University of Madagascar with a degree in Accounting and served as an Administrative Assistant in the Loan Department at a bank in Mauritius, Madagascar. She spent 7 years as the Personal Assistant to the Ambassador of Madagascar. Currently, she provides administrative support to TSI, showcasing strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management, organizational abilities, and effective multitasking.
